Love this processor , have been searching for one for awhile , i have 2 little ones but it doesn't nearly do as fast and perfect cutting or shredding, dicing, chopping slicing as this one , its easy clean up and they are sharp so be careful while handling the blades ,the storage unit is a big + Love it Thank you for such a Amazing product!! shipping was fast and it was pkged very good!!

No one in our home ever used one of these beasts before..but my wife has fallen in love with it in the few short months since she got it as a Christmas gift. Even I have enjoyed the few occasions when I had to help her decide which attachment to use and how long, etc. This processor itself is quite powerful but doesn't vibrate around the table top like lighter units apparently do. It doesn't come with just 1 or 2 basic attachments and no place to put them, as other competing units do. Instead, it offers many different cutting attachments, all contained within individually labeled compartments of a really professional-looking attachments box. In all, a very thoughtfully and efficiently designed food processor..I'm very glad I opted to pay the additional money for this machine than others being offered at considerably lower prices but which don't seem to have this level of quality built into them. (Oh! When they warn you about the cutting blades and discs being sharp, don't ignore those warnings like I have!)

Anything Breville, in my book, is quality. I have several Breville small appliances, and this processor is just as hefty, sturdy, well made and efficient as the others. For slicing and grating - it does it FAST!!! 5 potatoes sliced to my preferred thickness - 10 seconds - Done! Easy to use. Nice to look at. The bowl has a seal so doesn't leak and ooze liquids. The smaller bowl is a definite plus - and works a treat for pulsing smaller amounts. The storage case for the blades is well made and well thought out. There are cautions printed everywhere reminding you the blades are sharp, and heed these cautions!! ANY food processor is a bit of a pain to clean simply because there are so many parts. I hand wash because I prefer not to take chances with harsh dishwasher detergents clouding the plastic parts.

Outstanding kitchen equipment that makes all jobs in kitchen easier. If you cook this is a must. Easy to clean. Love the container that holds all th blades. The motor is intense and I use my micro greens to make pesto in a few seconds in this food processor. I have had one before but this is something my husband and i both use to cook with regularly The only con may be th emoter base is heavy if you are weak you we need to set it on counter where it stays.

I simply LOVE LOVE LOVE this food processor! I have had three food processors in the last 15 years and since a cook a lot I wear them out. I had decided to order a Breville the next time I needed one. Eventually my Cuisinart gave up the ghost and I was very sad to loose an old friend and plus the $$ to re-invest always hurts. I read a bunch of reviews and decided to purchase this one. It has been 4 months now and I am so super duper happy with this masterpiece that I'm almost glad my old food processor died! Crazy huh? If you are considering a FP please do yourself a favor and look no farther. Seriously.

This processor is hands down the best one I have ever owned. (and I have used a 'good' processor since the 80's) The base is heavy enough to stay in place on the counter. The motor is strong enough to handle dough without loading down. The adjustable slicing blade is a wonderful convenience. It slices perfect slices neatly without mushing or ripping. Since you have 3 different sizes of feed chutes, you can choose the perfect size to feed the food straight into the slicing or shredding blade. There is very little to no spillage of liquids since the bowl is designed without a center hole and the gasket on the lid seals the unit tightly. This unit is easy to clean since there are no crevices where food can hide and mold. I have used it daily during this fall garden harvest season. It has preformed every task well. The mini work bowl does not come with it, but can be ordered as an accessory. I had a small problem with ordering the mini bowl and blade. A very helpful Breville support person came to my rescue. It is a bit pricey - but you get what you pay for.

This machine replaced my old Cuisinart, and I am very happy with it. So far, I have only used it to process vegetables, but it has done an excellent job. It works amazingly fast. The reversible and adjustable discs are a very clever feature. The spindle and chopping blade do not fall out when the bowl is tipped over to empty it, the way they did with the old Cuisinart. It does take some space to store the case of blades.

I love this immersion blender. I use it mostly for making mayonnaise. I have never had a fail. All the ingredients go into the container and then presto chango in about a minute or less of blending you have the most beautiful creamy mayonnaise. I have a vitamix but I don't have a food processor so I use the little chopper/food processor for making great cauliflower or broccoli rice. I can't make cauliflower rice in the vitamix because it over processes the cauliflower into a paste but the Breville chopper attachment makes very even, small riced cauliflower bits that are perfect -- better than store bought riced cauliflower. I love my breville immersion blender and I use it often. I love also how it froths and mixes without causing everything to shoot up over the sides of the container and spatter all over the counter. Everything stays nicely in the container.

Purchased the other day, to replace my cheaper 10 year old immersion blender. I LOVE it! It's large enough to go into deeper pots, but so easy to use. The power button is like pulling a trigger, so it works quite easily. No awkward, holding and twisting fingers around the top to use. My hands do NOT tire, however that is also because this is a powerful machine and quickly goes through a pot of soup or smoothie in a minute or so. All immersion blenders should not be on for several minutes at a time, I think because the motor will burn out. But with this blender, there's no reason to grind your life away over the pot blending. I made large pot of tomato soup and in under a minute, I was done. A smoothie was quicker. The pitcher is large, so you can make a larger smoothie in one batch. Best of all, the bottom part of the blender is rubber tip, so no scratching pots. It is super easy to take apart, even though I don't have a lot of upper body strength, just pinch the buttons on both sides and that is it. Overall, I can't think of anything negative to say, and only have raving reviews. If you treat it properly, i suspect it will last for years.
