Nothing is safe when Venom’s on the block, and their rules reflect that. Attacking from a decent range with symbiote tendrils, Venom leaves their enemies a bleeding mess, and if an opponent manages to inflict damage back on them, the We Are Venom attack lets them remove damage for each point they inflict. Just, uh, don’t worry too much about where they’re getting all those calories to regenerate.
A battlefield with Venom on it quickly becomes a rubble-strewn mess draped with enemies strung up by symbiotic webbing. When they fly into a Klyntar rage, objects as large as shipping containers become dangerous projectiles--unless they just decide to grab the nearest foe and fling them into the side of a nearby skyscraper. Plus, if Venom needs to bring an enemy into biting distance, a bit of symbiote-powered webbing can drag a distant opponent close enough to snack on.
Speaking of snacks, the So Many Snacks power makes attacking Venom a dangerous prospect. When attacked from within the range of their symbiote tendrils, this power lets Venom make a quick counterattack. With a healthy amount of attack dice, plus the guaranteed Bleed condition, it’s enough to dissuade many foes. That is, assuming Venom doesn’t just use We Are Venom and remove all of the damage the opponent just did!
Making sure those hits land, and hurt, Venom’s Symbiotic Instincts allow them to respond to any strategies a target might employ in its defense. No matter how skilled a martial artist or how much vibranium armor you wear, Venom, uh… finds a way.
